Eileen has 12 years of experience in diet & nutrition consultation & training. She graduated with diploma from Diet and Nutrition (UK) and is Certified in Nutrition & Dietary Application (Republic Polytechnic). Eileen worked across different settings including office and schools. She is also HPB approved assessor for Healthy Meal Programme for schools. Eileen loves baking of cakes and pasteries too. But,she believes in a variety, moderation, and balanced diet therefore she loves to come up a healthier version of the various varieties of delicacies. Her practice in LiCo is to empower individuals to achieve a happier and healthier life through evidence-based personalized nutrition care.
